We will develop mille-feuille human resources in cooperation with local governments, universities, and companies.
We will develop human resources both inside and outside of Hamadori who can contribute to the creative reconstruction of Fukushima (human resources who have acquired multilayered skills and knowledge, "mille-feuille type human resources").
